How can we deal with identified weaknesses?
- In the activities initiated or supported by the pilot project, there has been an explicit focus on didactics, that is, on all factors that affect learning and what is learned.
- This, in turn, has entailed a natural linking of social and physical aspects. It has become apparent to us how a space’s physical design and furnishings affect social aspects, such as the teamwork culture, group prerequisites and rules of the game.
- There are institutions in Hammarkullen that have overcome their dysfunctional structures and developed the capacity for continuous restructuring in collaboration with the residents they encounter. What can we learn from them?
