From Integration to Community Development 20-21 Oct 2011

The 110 conference participants, who came from different parts of Sweden and were a mixture of professionals from universities, municipalities, regions, etc., were given the opportunity to connect with residents and others working in Hammarkullen and to test reflective dialogue as a method for community building. One aim of the conference days was to create a tighter web, at the area level, between different contexts and enterprises in order to, in this way, illuminate the local community’s possibilities. Another aim was to start a national dialogue on community development – a dialogue that will continue.
