Knowledge generation within the pilot project was to take place in collaboration with various types of professionals. In this connection, there was reason to start off with a participant-oriented method, for example the method presented in Hanne Kathrine Krogstrup’s book Brugerinddragelse og organisatorisk læring i den sociale sektor (User Involvement and Organizational Learning in the Social Sector; 1999), and in Chris Argyris och Donald Schön’s book Organizational Learning II: Theory, Method, and Practice (1995).
