The pilot project had a budget of 2 million Swedish kronor to cover all costs. Of the total budget, 0.5 million were in-kind expenses for the time municipal employees spent on the project within the framework of their regular positions. Project participants worked on the project from 5% to 20% of full-time, during the period 1 January 2010 to 31 October 2011 (1 year and 10 months).
